Position Responsibilities: Gather and initiate shop drawing submittals for approval on various projects Create and keep current submittal charts Coordinate with Estimators on correct submittals Verify specification sections requiring submittal Organize submittals across various submittal software platforms Perform other duties as requested and assigned in a timely fashion     Position Requirements Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word software. Ability to operate most standard office equipment. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.
