Our parts department is responsible for stocking and supplying parts for our service department as well as for wholesale and retail customers. You will lead a very experienced parts staff that has high standards for delivering Outstanding Customer Service to internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with an experienced management team that thrives on interdepartmental communication and support. Mastering leadership skills is the goal of the entire management team.
What You Will Do
Select, train, coach and lead our parts department staff
Continue to grow a very successful parts department
Partner with the service department to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage and control the parts inventory
