Description

Arden Courts is hiring a Quality Assurance Consultant for our Texas and Illinois communities! 

ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The Clinical Services Consultant collaborates with the director of clinical services, general manager, regional director operations, to identify, prioritize and implement clinical intervention strategies within the assigned caseload of centers.

  • Fosters an environment of growth to develop the leadership skills of the administrative director of nursing services and clinical team improving staff retention.
  • Promotes care delivery systems to define needs and facilitate solution strategies utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of nursing practices while embracing compliance with company, state and federal regulations.
  • Develops and expands clinical capabilities and continual performance improvement within the nursing department and related interdisciplinary team coordinated efforts.
  • Promotes continuity of quality care through the utilization of nursing process, resident assessment instrument process, disease management, guidelines, quality assurance and assessment process, patient education, outcomes management and regulatory compliance.

Educational Requirements Licensed Registered Nurse with bachelor degree required. Master degree preferred.  
Position Requirements

3-5 years in nursing management. Five to seven years nursing experience with at least 5 years in long-term care. Previous DON experience required. 90-95% travel.
