We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team to provide ERP User Management Support for a Navy ERP business office in the Washington, DC area; this position is a primarily remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Navy or other SAP based ERP systems and strong communications skills. Duties will include:

  • Coordinate role changes with SSP Command ERP Business Office, process owners/process owner representatives, and other BSO12 stakeholders and update documentation as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot individual Navy ERP account issues and update user information, maintain open dialog with other Command User Management teams.
  • Address cross-command issues; coordinate cross-command role mapping in support of the Office of Financial Operations (FMO).
  • Perform role approvals for BSO12 roles.
  • Manage access and establish processes on usage, and perform administrative updates for Navy ERP tools, including NHDSM, Stakeholder Collaboration Center (SCC), Enable Now and QC.
  • Perform Navy ERP audit-related data calls, such as the User Access Review (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Regularly review compliance with SOD requirements.
  • Process account requests for new Navy ERP accounts, additional of roles, termination of accounts, and reactivation of accounts in GRC Access Enforcer (AE) and Naval Identify Services (NIS).
  • Report to BSO12 Leadership on mover events in NIS to eliminate removal of Navy ERP account when a user changes personnel area, command, or supervisor.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role including Business, Public Policy, English, Communications, or Political Science.
  • Candidate must have 7 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing change management services and/or strategic communications to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.
  • SAP based ERP systems experience required; Experience with Navy ERP a plus.
  • DoD and/or Navy Financial management experience desired.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
