We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team to provide ERP Training Support for a Navy ERP business office in the Washington, DC area; this position is a primarily remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Navy or other SAP based ERP systems and strong communications skills. Duties will include: Develop training plans for BSO12 end users that establishes foundational Navy ERP knowledge and expands to more complex topics as it relates to DoD financial management. Create localized end user desk guides/user guides for all ERP transaction codes and PPBE processes with BSO12 specific data. Conduct train the trainer sessions. Create and conduct training for new functionalities or changes in functionality in Navy ERP. Identify knowledge gaps and training needs from submitted BSO-12 Customer Service Portal/FMB71 help desk ticket site, NHDSM tickets and Navy ERP Office Hours and communicate with BSO12 leadership and support teams. Review and advise on training materials developed by FMB-71 and work collaboratively to support BSO12 training to provide subject matter expertise where applicable.
