We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team to provide ERP Reporting and Analytics Support for a Navy ERP business office in the Washington, DC area; this position is a primarily remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Navy or other SAP based ERP systems and strong communications skills. Duties will include:

  • Support BSO12 Navy ERP ad-hoc/data call requests by providing data, reports, graphics, and any additional information required to support sustainment.
  • Provide new reporting capabilities in response to requirements identified by BSO-12 Leadership, Navy ERP end users, and SSP ERP Business Office by utilizing existing Navy ERP transaction code reports, Advana/Jupiter, Qlik, Navy Data Platform (NDP), or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Identify master data changes (e.g., User Management Modules (UMMs), vendors, structural authorizations, Fund Centers, Cost Centers, Funds Management (FM) Derivation).
  • Create BSO12 Comptroller Scorecard to report on BSO12 financial metrics including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DARQ), purchase requisition rejections, DDEF posting errors, and training attendance.
  • Create BSO12 Data Integrity report to ensure that Navy ERP data entry on purchase requisitions is in accordance with BSO12 Material Management business rules, Department of the Navy (DoN) policy, and auditable.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role including Business, Public Policy, English, Communications, or Political Science.
  • Candidate must have 7 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing change management services and/or strategic communications to the Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience with data analytics / visualization tools Advana/Jupiter, Qlik, Navy Data Platform (NDP), or Microsoft Power BI.
  • SAP based ERP systems experience required; Experience with Navy ERP a plus.
  • DoD and/or Navy Financial management experience desired.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
