We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team to provide ERP Functional Support for a Navy ERP business office in the Washington, DC area; this position is a primarily remote position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Navy or other SAP based ERP systems and strong communications skills. Duties will include: Provide Navy ERP Tier I Material Management (MM), Project Systems/Project Management (PS), Workforce Management (WFM), Business Information Warehouse (BW), Financial Accounting (FI), Funds Management (FM), and Sales & Distribution (SD) support to BSO12 and associated 1517 Comptroller Organizations. Provide issue resolution and Tier 1 help desk support to BSO12 end users, including BSO12 Customer Service Portal trouble tickets. Resolve Navy ERP funding allocation mismatches, adjust expenditure postings to the Daily Defense Expenditure File, troubleshoot purchase requisition and purchase order creation errors, support workflow routing issues. Creation and maintenance of BSO12 Business Rules for Material Management (MM) and Project Systems/Project Management (PS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
