The salary range is $19.50-$22.50 (based on experience)
What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The Community Living Scheduling Support Specialist will be responsible for the online scheduling of employee shifts and yearly training, initiating coverage procedures, updating departmental documents and software, and maintaining an accurate listing of open shifts for the Community Living department.
Minimum Education/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills – including spreadsheets and word processing tools – and ability to learn new programs expeditiously
Preferred Education/Qualifications
- Three years experience in the field of developmental disabilities
Required Licensure/Certification
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance, insurable driving record (five points or fewer)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
