Share Email Opening Title Senior Technical and Cyber Engineer_Remote, USA  Category Engineering   Description We are seeking a Senior Technical and Cyber Engineer to support our Managed Services Division (MSD) in a remote/telework/work from home capacity.   Sawdey’s Managed Services Division (MSD) is a full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) providing IT and/or cybersecurity services to a variety of different clients (defense/government contractors, municipalities, commercial organizations, etc.).   Description: Mentoring and training technical team members. Serving as the POC for Tier 1 and 2 technicians when complex technical issues and ticket escalations arise. Assisting with the technical design and implementation required to achieve CMMC level 2/other compliance requirements. Creating documentation, performing gap analysis, and developing planning materials. Supporting business development activities (meet with prospects, draft and review proposals, establishing strategic partnerships, etc.). Supporting Managed Services work and contracts inclusive of technical design and implementation, risk analysis, asset management, and network design. Responsible for supporting Managed Services work/contracts inclusive of CMMC technical design and implementation, risk analysis, penetration testing, asset management, helpdesk support, ticket creation and response, network design, and overall client management. Participate in on-call rotation. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
