The Computer Systems Associate positions will start at $50,000 - $60,000 and consists of the following functions: Maintain computer network functionality, system software, and application software. Server support and maintenance (physical and virtual). Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems, and identify hardware or software needed for implementation. Set up, manage, and keep track of user accounts, email accounts and virus protection software. Maintain logs related to network functions and maintenance and repair records. Attention to and documentation of details. Creation and update of knowledge base documents. Creating and tracking of incidents and tickets. Computer troubleshooting and network administration knowledge. Preferred knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, routers, switches, operating systems, and data flow designs. Technical Skills including Javascript, Java, VBScript, SQL, SSIS, HTML 4.0, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, AJAX/JScript, C# (CSharp), IIS7 AD, DHCP, DNS, Certificate Authority, VOIP Ability to create and manage automated tasks.
