Share Title Internal Candidates Only - Driver Orientation Specialist II  Description This posting is for internal candidates only. PURPOSE This position is responsible for ensuring the proper completion of documents, files and computer system entries required during orientation to support the driver hiring processes. Helps to coach and develop Driver Orientation Specialists.   PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Verifies completion of all onboarding forms including I-9, DOT Physical, DOT Drug Test and related HR and DOT forms Review and complete WOTC process with each Driver Review presented documents with each driver and obtains driver acknowledgement signatures Complete orders for transportation and lodging with motels, greyhound, taxi, rideshare; manage rental car returns Review pay with Driver Provide coverage for Orientation Instructor as needed   Position Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of orientation experience 1+ years of transportation industry experience   Preferred Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of DOT and Federal Employment regulations related to the hiring process Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results   Working conditions This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required to: Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines. Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects. Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions. Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions.
