Pay Rate: $16.80 - $17.75 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (hours may need to vary depending upon transportation routes)
What You Will Be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be providing direct services – including Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation
Services – for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral health challenges. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured environment while embracing a person-centered and community-integrated philosophy. Our program is both center and community-based – so expect outings with the people we support!
Minimum Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience working with people with disabilities
Required Licensure/Certification:
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (training will be provided, if not already certified)
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
- Insurable Driving Record - no more than five points on your driving record
- Successfully complete DOT drug screen and physical
- Med Cert (as needed based upon clientele)
