Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary clinical personnel. Places the patient at the center of care. Collaborates and interacts positively with providers and other medical practice staff to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. May be required to support clinical colleagues according to patient volumes/acuity. Performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. License to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
