RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
•Deliver excellent visitor service to all Rocketfizz and AREA15 visitors.
•Knowledgeable and proactively engage with the visitors to enhance their experience.
•Accurately describe product details and educate visitors on specialty items.
•Utilize suggestive selling for top products or additional product recommendations.
•Meet Key Performance Indicators as set by AREA15.
•Receive and process visitor payments in compliance with AREA15’s guidelines.
•Maintain compliance with all Cash Handling policies and procedures.
•Accurately account for inventory/supply levels including recording lost, spoiled and/or promotional product at the outlet
•Complete daily Opening, Preparation and Closing checklists.
•Ensure outlet is fully stocked during all operational hours while maintaining visual merchandising expectations.
•Discard of expired or spoiled product with management approval. Ensure all product is properly labeled with expiration dates if applicable.
•Maintain outlet cleanliness by continuously wiping down counters, shelves, fridges/freezers, and cases utilizing proper sanitization techniques.
•Remain in compliance with all SNHD regulations
•Ensure equipment is operating safely and properly including daily cleaning and recording temperatures of freezers and/or coolers.
•Adhere to all AREA15 and Rockefizz policies and procedures.
•Promote a cheerful, efficient, and safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS
•Must be proficient in English; additional language skills preferred.
•Must have one year of visitor service experience, preferably in a high-volume quick service environment.
•Candidates must exhibit basic food & beverage knowledge, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions on a point-of-sale system.
•Candidates must be highly organized and efficient, with excellent visitor services skills.
•Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
•Must be able to work in stimulating environment subject to varying levels of sound, crowds and smoke.
•Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.
•Ability to push and lift 25lbs unassisted.
•Open availability preferred with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a SNHD health card
•Must be 18 years
