Responsibilities: Support, grow, and lead a high performing team responsible for product and security research engineering Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers on the team Work alongside the product team to identify and plan work items for the team Advocate for the team’s technical interests and needs Develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally with many partners across organizations and functions, and as a result, increase the impact of the team’s work Minimum Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience Experience providing technical leadership and guidance, and thinking strategically and analytically to solve problems 4+ years of experience building, leading, and managing software engineering teams within an engineering organization Demonstrated experience working with many cross functional partners and managing programs that require management team support and buy-in Knowledge of Typescript, React, Java, Postgres, Docker, Terraform, and AWS Preferred Qualifications: Experience working across software engineering, cybersecurity, or penetration testing Experience as a full-stack engineer and building new products from scratch   #LI-remote   Location Minneapolis   About the Organization NetSPI is a fast-growing, dynamic cybersecurity company headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
