Multiple full-time, permanent positions available as an EAP Counselor to conduct assessments, provide referrals, respond to crises, provide short-term counseling and case management, and consultation to human resources staff of the company's clients.
The ideal candidate is flexible and a team player who has experience with settings that involve a lot of assessment and referral (such as school and hospital settings). Sometimes an EAP counselor will need to adjust their schedule to visit a client site that needs immediate consultation. There is also some work that involves talking to groups.
Schedule is M-F, 9-5 for four days and on one day a work schedule of 12-9. One position that is available has a schedule of M-F, 11-8 or 12-9 on all 5 days. Also, some positions are remote and one position will be on-site in their midtown Manhattan office.
