At Blue we work hard, have fun and win for our members! As the the Culture and Organizational Trainer is responsible for the development of, leading and maintaining all culture programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the member experience curriculum and new employee onboarding program, to support strategic goals and brand values for internal and external member satisfaction. Drives the service culture and employee/member experience within the Credit Union to ensure the Credit Union reaches the scorecard service goals. This role will also focus on the following.

  • Independently develops and provides training for all service and member experience focused Blue culture programs, including New Employee OnBoarding. Measures the success of these programs and determines ongoing needs and makes adjustments to training materials when needed to support the service culture.
  • Works with Culture and Organizational Development manager to create and develop member experience training for all staff. Conducts in depth analysis of proven exceptional member experience programs and translates winning ideas to the Blue culture program.
  • Analyzes and uses feedback from iNPS, NPS and Employee Engagement Survey to identify barriers to service and assists managers with plan development.
  • Serves as HR team lead for recruitment. Manages the daily tasks of posting openings, reviewing and forwarding applications, communicating with hiring managers, managing Blue recruitment presence on social media (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Facebook), representing Blue at career fairs as needed.
  • Conducts in-branch Service and Experience observations and provides support to ensure staff are following the service skill and service standard requirements. Provides feedback to Branch Management on employee observations.
  • Develops, promotes and administers the Blue emergent leadership program.
  • Manages tracking, ordering, and maintenance of materials to support the culture program including but not limited to Blue’s employee rewards program, SmartDollar, logo wear/nametags, etc.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Full Time Position

Compensation Range: $46,362 - $69,543

Position Requirements

Experience: A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Education/Certifications/Licenses: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.

Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
