Senior Management Position in our Consultation and Education Division 

Description

Job Summary:
You will create, assess, enhance, and facilitate training across various topics provided to CarePlus staff and external providers/partners from multidisciplinary backgrounds.  Additionally, you will act as a “CarePlus Ambassador” internally and externally to customize and schedule trainings, train and coach facilitators, and train staff in a wide array of foundational and more advanced content related to agency orientation and professional development. 
 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support to the Senior Vice President and President/CEO as directed.   
  • Assist with marketing goals and promotions.
  • Assist Foundation with strategic planning and program development. 
  • Provide support in program-related performance improvement processes and activities. 
  • Enter and maintain specific data, logs, and databases and prepare reports from data collected. 
  • Coordinate across several departments to ensure content best represents the agency and meets the requirements of various certifying bodies (DMHAS, JCAHO, etc.) and rigorous internal standards (i.e. QA, IDEA, IT, IM, etc.).  
  • Interface with management teams to ensure staff can participate and benefit in identified trainings, professional development, and mentorship/leadership programming.  
  • Participate as an active member of the Development Team, including coordinating and contributing to marketing, promotions, public relations, media interviews, resource fairs, events, grant writing, and fundraising.  
  • Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing special events such as educational conferences, panels, fundraisers, celebrations, and Foundation-related gatherings. 
  • Complete CEU applications together with speakers and Administrative Support staff. 
  • Lead initiatives identified by Executive Management or related committees.  
  • Implement and manage grant-funded and/or fee-for-service programs related to training and education, including but not limited to operational design and execution, data collection, reporting, meetings with funders/stakeholders, etc.  
     

What We Need to See:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC).  
  • Two years of experience providing training/education and public speaking preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
