We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication. The executive administrative assistant will be responsible for handling day to day communication, general book-keeping and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have great communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Maintain documentation and; develop an efficient and organized filing system
  • Prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • In depth knowledge of office management and; basic book keeping procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality

Education:

  • Administrative and clerical experience – 1 year preferred
  • Book-keeping experience – 1 year preferred
  • Degree in business administration or relative field - preferred
