Call Service Representatives needed immediately for non-sales (cable utilities) call center office. Hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Pay is $18 per hour plus benefits, paid holidays, and paid leave.
Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service via phone communication with customers. - Serves customers by providing information; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database. - Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. - Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. - Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests. - Document and update customer database of customer records and interactions. - Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications and Experience: • High School Diploma • 1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge • 1-2 years of administrative support work experience • Experience in identifying, organizing, and filing records • Strong attention to detail • Ability to lift move 15 – 25 pounds • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to work standing up for long periods of time. • Follow specifically defined instructions
