As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms. This is a full-time (40-50 hours a week, as needed), non-exempt position.

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and ultimately increase sales / revenue
  2. Manage the company’s social media profiles including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, the company’s website, and other relevant platforms
  3. Engage with social media fans to increase followers and grow the brand voice and personality
  4. Post content received from creative / marketing departments and maintain the social media content calendar
  5. Schedule, develop, and launch campaigns and content with the broader creative/marketing team
  6. Develop a pertinent set of KPIs to report on social media performance; Social listen and report back findings to teams on trends and conversations
  7. Other job duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social media coordination and management, preferably focused on business-to-consumer goods
  3. At least three (3) or more years’ experience with creating organic posts, deploying, monitoring, and managing social media and paid social media ads on Facebook,
  4. Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms
  5. Functional knowledge of social media KPIs
  6. Functional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  7. Ability to work on call and respond to ad campaign emergencies when necessary
  8. Passion for all things digital and social media
  9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced workflow
  10. Previous experience in a clothing retail environment
  11. High initiative, autonomous, and self-governing
  12. Strong critical thinker & superb attention to detail
  13. Flexible, collaborative, & a team player
  14. Strong critical thinker & superior analytical skills
  15. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong follow through
  16. Entrepreneurial spirit & high integrity

 

Physical / Environmental Demands:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
