We are actively hiring for a top-notch Shipping & Delivery Manager to manage and care for our diverse and talented team of drivers. However, these aren't just any drivers, they are the drivers that pave the critical path of our operations, and we are looking for a highly skilled leader to develop efficiencies around their route times, arrival and departure times, accurate and effective material drops and quality deliveries - all while meeting tight estimated time(s) of return. This individual will also partner with shipping, receiving, delivery, and driver management (and just so you are aware, our fleet consists of pick-up trucks, sprinter vans, box vans and flat bed tractor trailers).
Customer deliveries are C R I T I C A L - the material we deliver keeps them (and their business) running on-time and on schedule for their projects - which is our true value add. At Mans, we are always looking to be the next best version of ourselves and with the addition of this new Shipping & Delivery Manager, we are confident they can and will positively impact both driver performance and quality.
