Position PLM Data Coordinator Temporary  
Description

Location: Seattle, Hybrid

Rate for this role: $19.00 - $24.00 hour 

About this role:

As PLM Data Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the implementation of key product management tools and systems. You will collaborate closely with a team of Design, Development, and Planning Managers as we work to compile and standardize our core product information libraries, evaluate supporting tools, and optimize our processes to bring in new technology.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Product Operations to prepare for implementation of new Product Lifecycle Management system
    • Aid in process mapping and documentation of integration points
    • Work with subject matter experts to confirm data needs, organization, and accuracy
    • Compile and standardize data libraries (trims, fabrics, etc)
    • Assist with upload and verification of libraries and tech packs in the new system

This temporary position is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in the implementation and launch of a large-scale software system while gaining exposure to the apparel development lifecycle. We're looking for a curious, critical thinker looking to grow their skills at a premier Outdoor brand.

 
Position Requirements

What you should bring to the table

  • Experience with database driven systems
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and supporting tools a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manage priorities and workload to complete required tasks
  • Work well under moderate supervision
  • Honest, dependable team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • A curious learner that seeks to expand their knowledge base

Highly Proficient in the following systems:

  • Excel
  • PC proficient
  • Microsoft Office
  • PLM/PDM experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years professional experience
