Founded in 1996 by parents who sought the very best treatment available to deliver opportunities to children and adolescents living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) provides therapeutic services for children ages 18 months to 21 years who have ASD.
MAC's services are center-based and in-home, and include speech and occupational therapy, assessment and diagnosis services, and individual and family therapy. At any given time, MAC serves approximately 370-400 clients throughout Minnesota at 17 centers located in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Fridley, Vadnais Heights, Minnetonka, Woodbury, Duluth, Virginia, Mankato, Rochester, Red Wing, New Ulm, Medford, Hutchinson and Cambridge.

Job Summary
The Minnesota Autism Center (MAC) is currently seeking passionate mental health professionals who are motivated and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)! As a Behavioral Therapist with MAC, you will learn how to effectively provide direct 1:1 and group therapy to our clients and successfully implement individualized treatment plans using behavioral analysis methods. You will learn how to utilize the skills of conducting behavior management and reinforcement programming, record client progress, and consistently work on a team alongside other mental health professionals to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of therapy and treatment possible.

SCHEDULE: This position is on-site with no opportunity for remote work.
Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:15AM-4:45PM
Part-Time: Monday-Friday 8:15AM-12:00PM or 1:00PM-4:45PM
NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $22.00 (depending on experience)
