We are looking for a Full-Time Office Leader four our amazing t4eam at FRESHDental
State-of-the-art dental practice is growing! Fresh Dental has been serving the community since 2015 as a full-service general practice. We provide general, emergency, cosmetic, orthodontic, periodontic, and pediatric services.
The Office Leader is responsible for oversight and implementation of the day to day operations of the practice. Ultimately the Office Leader (OL) is responsible for everything that happens in the practice. This includes developing strategies for future growth and implementing processes to correct areas where the practice has not met goals in previous months. Above all the Office Leader is the customer service ambassador in the office and serves as an example and resource for the rest of the office staff. In addition, the OL is responsible for (but not limited to) tasks in the following areas: Payroll, Human Resources, Financial, Insurance, Scheduling, Regulatory and Facility Maintenance.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Uphold and enforce all FRESH Dental customer service standards • Ensuring all patient communication is answered and replied to a timely manner • Creating a superb patient experience in the office • Answering and resolving account balance and insurance issues • Delicately handle all patient behavior issues and complaints • Working with community events and groups to promote the FRESH Dental brand
PAYROLL AND SCHEDULING
Requiring all staff members record hours worked in a timely and accurate manner • Respond to all time off and missed punch requests • Schedule appropriate staffing to handle the patient needs • Submit payroll on time to the payroll company
FINANCIAL
Evaluate and report daily on the office financial standing • Ensure office collections remain at more than 98% • Present accurate estimates to patients before treatment is performed using hand estimation of insurance limitations and clauses • Use solid financial arrangement techniques to help patients overcome barriers to affording treatment • Conform to the FRESH Dental policies when making any adjustments or discounts
INSURANCE CLAIMS
Evaluate and report daily on the office financial standing • Ensure office collections remain at more than 98% • Present accurate estimates to patients before treatment is performed using hand estimation of insurance limitations and clauses • Use solid financial arrangement techniques to help patients overcome barriers to affording treatment • Conform to the FRESH Dental policies when making any adjustments or discounts
HUMAN RESOURCES
Interviewing and making evidence-based recommendations to the practice owners • Maintaining a cohesive, efficient and productive dental team • Be the liaison between associate doctors and the practice owners • Train and mentor staff to grow with the company • Inform the owners of any upcoming corrective action with the team and properly document all performance discussions with team members
REGULATORY
Schedule mandated OSHA and HIPAA training • Ensure the OSHA and related manuals are kept up to date with staffing and office changes • Follow up with team members to comply with all documentation of OSHA required practices is up to date • Maintain documentation of all license and certificates for clinical staff members

WHAT A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL LOOK LIKE:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience managing operations in the field. • Demonstrates knowledge of basic financial concepts, practices, and procedures. • Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of driving revenue within the practice, operational processes, analysis of data, and the ability to analyze expense controls. • Advanced business knowledge of strategies and tactics that affect our marketplace. • Proficiency in MS products, including Microsoft Excel. • Excellent customer service skills. • Understands registration, scheduling and billing system
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Hourly Rate $50,000 - $73,000 depending on experience plus lucrative bonus!
