Your Role at MOBE

The Implementation & Training Strategist will be responsible for the strategic change management and successful implementation of MOBE's Program and Product Development initiatives including the design and delivery of any training necessary to successful implementation. Additionally, the Implementation & Training Strategist will support the implementation and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives, including onboarding, professional development, competency development and integration and DEI education initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Implementation & Change Management Responsibilities:

  • Design customized implementation approaches by applying the benefits of multiple change management frameworks to MOBE's program improvement and product development processes as well as other organizational initiatives.
  • Design and execute comprehensive strategic implementation plans that span all stakeholders and all stages of the program improvement and product development processes
  • Develop a strategic POV to create and drive compelling communications that align and engage stakeholders in the implementation of program improvements and product launches
  • Leverage multiple methodologies and approaches (including leader cascade, strategic communication, expectation setting, training, large and small group discussion, etc.) to ensure the implementation plan is adequately tailored to the need
  • Create and implement strategic communication plans that span all stakeholders and all stages of the program improvement and product development process
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional implementation plans; manage stakeholder expectations

Training Design & Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Develop training solutions that are part of an implementation plan
  • Design learning solutions using a variety of instructional approaches ranging from facilitated conversations to live learning deliveries
  • Develop training products and resources, including live and eLearning modules
  • Deliver engaging and impactful training and education sessions on a variety of topics
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Background in Change Management, Education, Learning & Development
  • Ability to manage all phases of the project and change management lifecycle
  • Experience managing multiple projects at a time
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience facilitating to a variety of audience types and sizes, both in person and virtually
  • Experience creating and executing change management or implementation plans
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take the perspective of stakeholders and design approaches to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Preferred background includes roles in instructional design, quality improvement, and/or health coaching experience
