The Adult Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for all adult mental health and substance use treatment services and serves as an integral member of the Behavioral Health Department leadership team. Benefits Flexible work schedule and hybrid work environment. Sign-on bonus of $1,500.00, included in full with the first paycheck. Health insurance as low as $20.00 per month for individuals. Family and dependent plans are also available. Nine paid holidays. Accrue up to 20 days of paid time off (PTO) per year from year one. PTO is immediately available upon accrual. Professional development available at no cost. Summary of Essential Functions Provides guidance, direction, and accountability for the adult mental health and substance use treatment teams. Develops and maintains a healthy, productive environment for team members. Coordinates services for clients among VCSB providers and external partners. Works closely with the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health for Outpatient Services to prepare, analyze, and submit reports as needed. Minimum Qualifications In order to be minimally qualified, candidates must meet all of the following qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited program, Current licensed mental health professional credential(s) in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Current certification as a clinical supervisor, and At least two years of management experience with mental health or substance use treatment.   Position Requirements   Salary Information $58,000.00 to $74,000.00 annually, plus benefits.   EOE Statement Valley Community Services Board is an equal employment opportunity employer.
