We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our teams as an Assistant Manager in Training in our various West Palm Beach locations! This role is ideal for a person who wants to lead one of our Service Centers and is ready to start taking the initiative to advance with the goal of becoming a Service Center Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the team
Supervising and mentoring all service technicians
Providing service training to new technicians
Floor operations, providing oil changes and other services to our guests
Inventory, scheduling
Provide customer service leadership
Open and/or close the service center

Requirements
2-5 years supervisory experience (shift leads, assistant manager, supervisor, manager)
Valid, clean driver license
Able to identify the right talent to be a part of your team
Have a positive, friendly attitude, along with customer service mentality
Have a high sense of urgency and be self-motivated
Have the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions
Physical Requirements:
Work in varying temperature conditions
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs
