The nurse provides health assessments, monitors vitals, administers medications, and works in coordination with the team Case Managers, Therapists and Nurse Practitioner to work with our patients on their recovery and wellness goals. This person also maintains compliance with all standards to assure high quality care.   Position Requirements The successful candidate will have an LPN or RN license.   Location Southeast, Inc.
