Executive Assistant

Job Status

  1. Full-time, 40 hours a week, or more as needed


  1. In office, Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM or 6PM (depends on workout)
  2. Lunch from 12:15PM to 1PM; day ends at 5PM
  3. If working out over the lunch period, return to office work by 2PM; day ends at 6PM

Position Requirements

Required Education

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience


Essential Job Duties

  1. CEO call, email, & calendar management, including making appointments, sending reminders, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, communicating on behalf of the CEO
  2. Anticipate future needs/deadlines and work with CEO to meet those needs/deadlines
  3. Creative in responding to rapid CEO requests with short turnaround


Additional Job Duties

  1. Support and collaborate with the CEO to keep day-to-day projects on track and help grow business opportunities for continued success
  2. Be passionate about social media and able to provide feedback on best practices, able to execute on special projects, communicate effectively and professionally on behalf of the CEO
  3. Quickly grasp new projects and responsibilities, prioritize and complete tasks on time, and deliver high quality results
  4. Manage relations with partners, clients, and other key individuals
  5. Coordinate and collaborate with other Alphalete team members (operations, Athletes, etc.) in event planning and logistics of those events (e.g. intramural tournaments, company-wide events, etc.)
  6. Meet with the CEO on a daily basis to review pertinent metrics and work in progress, highlighting any anomalies (good or bad) and recommend a plan to enhance or correct issues
  7. Attend weekly department head meetings with the CEO for updates on Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, and IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) current issues across all business units
  8. Other job duties as assigned by management


Required Skills / Experience

  1. Minimum of four (4) or more years of administrative support to C-level (or comparable level) management, startup environment and/or accelerated growth business
  2. The ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  3. Organized with experience navigating competing priorities in an accelerated growth business environment, which requires flexibility
  4. Professional and adept at planning & prioritization
  5. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  6. Functional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)


Preferred Skills / Experience

  1. Analytics driven with previous experience assessing data and reports from various departments and/or business units
  2. Ability to work on call and respond to CEO emergencies when necessary
  3. Tech savvy with a strong working knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok, etc)
  4. Previous experience in a gym or clothing retail environment
