Share Email Opening Title Treasury Director  Category Accounting/Finance   Description Position Overview Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasury Director will be responsible for all aspects of our treasury strategy and management. Additionally, the Treasury Director will be responsible for the Corporate Order to Cash team focused on credit policies and procedures, cash application, and collections. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Provides direct leadership to the treasury and accounts receivable teams including establishing appropriate goals and objectives, providing timely performance feedback, and leading continuous growth and development for employees Establishes and maintains the company’s bank accounts and associated services including administration of account signers Leads the administration and processes associated with the company’s purchase card program Leads the strategy for incoming and outgoing payments including software implementations and integrations, policies and procedures, and process controls Leads the Company’s Avalara sales/use tax application including system administration and timely filing of the associated returns Serves as a subject matter expert and company leader in fraud prevention Supports the administration and execution of our affiliated college's bank accounts and banking transactions Leads the company’s credit and collections team including strategy for granting credit and terms, receivables collection, and refund issuance Collaborates with the commercial team on overdue accounts and receivables disputes Leads the administration of the company’s payment gateway and integration with our corporate financial applications Leads the direction for corporate dashboards related to cash flow and receivables This position will be an integral part of selecting, designing, and implementing our next-generation financial applications   Position Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field Three to five years of experience managing a company’s banking and treasury A strong multitasker with the desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met Strong interpersonal, analytical, management, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Experience working in a company with multiple manufacturing and distribution locations across several product lines M&A integration experience Financial systems implementation experience   NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
