Job Summary

The Intern, PNC Park Events is responsible for supporting the execution of internal and external events held at PNC Park venues, as well as supporting department administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide departmental support during the planning and execution of all events.
  2. Assist with set-up and breakdown of required event and presentation equipment.
  3. Assist with the creation of floor plans and contracts.
  4. Assist with maintaining the departmental and ballpark/venue calendar.
  5. Support day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.
  6. Assist with PNC Park Events marketing campaigns.
  7. Other duties as assigned by department leadership.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  1. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  2. Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Desired:

  1. Previous experience in event or entertainment industry.
  2. Excellent verbal/written skills.
