The Coordinator supports the well-being of tenants in a senior housing program. Duties include: case management, helping tenants apply for benefits, networking, providing referrals, evaluations and risk monitoring, in-home visits to update case plans, and facilitating social programming on-site.   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
