The positions are at offices in the following locations: the Riverdale section of the Bronx, Upper West Side of Manhattan, West Midtown area of Manhattan, Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn, and the Far Rockaway area of Queens. The duties of the various positions available might vary somewhat, but all are related to supporting elderly individuals to live healthy, independent lives in their homes, such as visiting the home to assess their needs and determine the types of supports they are eligible for, developing case plans and assisting individuals to apply for various support services, and conducting activities or support groups.     Position Requirements Requires BSW.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
