Tahoe Donner Association is seeking Maintenance Workers for our community. who will be responsible for performing highly diversified maintenance duties in a resort and recreational community atmosphere. Key skills are the ability to think critically, ability to assess and repair a wide range of equipment, including both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Must be able to demonstrate a full range of skills, including but not limited to, pipe fitting, electrical up to 480 volt 3 phase power, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic as well as good fabrication skills using a variety of shop equipment, including but not limited to, drill press, MiG and Tig welding of stainless steel. The most critical skill will be approaching work and team members with a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be passionate about working in one of the most recreation-oriented mountain communities in the country.

What you will work on.

The primary role of the Maintenance Workers is performing skilled work in property maintenance, alteration, and construction; performs repairs of equipment and structures; and performs related work as required. Skills in locksmithing, electronic access control, and HVAC repair are highly desirable.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have up to one-month related experience or training in; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires possession of valid Class C Driver License with a driving record meeting the minimum standards required by the Association insurance carrier. Class B Driver License preferred.
