Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in our Greenville, SC office. We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist who has a passion for recruiting, working day to day with employees and interested in working with a growing organization. You will be joining our HR team and working on new & exciting projects to take Bolton & Menk to the next level. In this role you will work closely with our teams and employees in areas such as safety, employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
This role provides comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to our Carolina offices in the area of recruitment and retention of talent, administration and execution of leaves, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety and training and development. HR understands and supports the accomplishments of business priorities and builds credible relationships with Business Leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field and three years demonstrated experience in human resources/recruiting functions.
- Preferred engineering, construction industry or municipal experience
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or additional professional credential preferred (required within in 2 years of employment if not available upon employment)
- Experience with HRIS or ATS software.
- Ability to travel for work related functions.
