Support assay development and sample analysis.   Primary Duties:  Learn, improve and perform qPCR /digital PCR assays to characterize AAV based in vivo biologics. Apply KingFisher system for automaric nucleic acid extraction from various tissues/blood. Data analysis and presentation.   Position Requirements Lab aseptic skills Basic molecular and cell biology knowledge and techniques.
