Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

Our SMB broadband and smart device product solutions will be used by small business customers of every size and from every industry, to give them a competitive advantage within their respective industries.

As an Account Executive on our Inside Sales team, you will own the relationship with our small business customers, and work with them to make sure they are getting the most value out of our platform and data.

In addition to increasing your accounts’ user engagement and facilitating product adoption, you will be responsible for identifying and leading up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing and developing long-term partnerships with customers of our broadband WiFi services and products
  2. Working closely with a customer to increase product adoption and engagement
  3. Identifying opportunities for upsells, and increasing the lifetime value of our customers
  4. Developing strategies organizational and market data to help your customers reach their business goals and KPIs
  5. Working closely with design engineers to create product solutions that meet customer requirements
 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience or may need 2 years’ experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  1. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  2. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  3. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  4. Actively looking for ways to help people.
  5. Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends Talk to others to convey information effectively.
  6. Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  7. The ability to identify value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  8. The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic
  9. The ability to demonstrated success managing a book of business
