Our team is focused on Core Values - connected, inquisitive, accountable, authentic - that motivate us to do great work and Inspire Direct Results.   Description ***Hybrid Work Environment***   Our Opportunity DMW is a growing full-service direct response advertising agency seeking a Client Accountant to help drive success for our current clients and support new business efforts!   What You'll Be Doing Perform selected month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts. Closely monitors client prepayments and accruals. Responsible for complete billing process for assigned clients, including, but not limited to: verification of purchase orders, estimates, Statements of Work, contracts, vendor invoices, and preparation of client invoices. Conduct scheduled monthly meetings with assigned clients Account teams. Closely work with Account teams on a daily basis to assist in client accounts. Responsible for A/P processing for assigned clients (COGS). Performs various account analyses. Analyzes trends, cost, revenues, financial commitments, and PO obligations incurred to forecast revenue and expense. Prepares various management reports. Assumes additional responsibilities as required.   Position Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 3-6 years' experience. Professional service firm experience a plus. Strong knowledge and application of GAAP. Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with department leaders and teams throughout the agency. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
