With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Chief Healthcare Officer   Description Southeast Healthcare, a Behavioral Health and Federally Qualified Health Center organization operating in eight Ohio counties, is seeking a Vice President of Healthcare.  This position provides strategic leadership, direction, oversight, and planning for all health care activities. This position is a member of the executive leadership team, and will work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to drive the delivery and integration of behavioral health and medical care.  Remains current on national, state and local policy that impacts the provision of healthcare and has or develops relationships with policy leaders. Candidates will possess knowledge and experience in mental health and substance use disorders, primary healthcare services and will have experience and/or knowledge of integration of healthcare services. Candidates will have a strong background in administration, leadership, management, interdisciplinary work and project development as well evidenced-based practices and clinical/administrative supervision. A history of building strategic relationships within organizations and communities is required. Candidates will have experience working with or in Managed Healthcare Organizations and will understand payer models. The position is located in the Columbus office.   Position Requirements In addition to independent behavioral health license, at least 5 years of executive leadership experience in related care setting.  Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements and adherence is required.
