Job Description: The IT Technical Support Analyst is an IT Help Desk Position responsible for 1st level support to all staff & sites, maintaining excellent communication regarding the resolution of hardware, software & connectivity issues.    We are looking for someone highly organized & detailed oriented for this on-site Help Desk Position to join our experienced team.    What You Will Do: Provide 1st level technical support for staff  Troubleshoot & resolve computer, software, connectivity & peripheral device problems   Set up computer workstations with necessary peripheral devices  Perform routine maintenance & inspection of network/devices  Onboarding & offboarding of staff  Oversee inventory controls, including ordering, restocking & tracking inventory  Participate in Security efforts  Maintain IT infrastructure & manage Help Desk issues  What We Need to See: B.A. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university in Computers, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
