Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meeting with customers at their home to go over all their options Helping customers to figure out what is best for them and their home's mechanical systems Finding every avenue available to work toward common goals Attend trade shows and community events to promote the brand Other tasks, functions, and projects as assigned Qualifications: Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly & comfortably with customers & employees over the phone & in person Genuine care and compassion for the customer and the drive to help people are critical for this position Quick thinking and problem solving abilities Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work based on deadlines as well as excellent time management skills are necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
