GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting.

DUTIES PERFORMED: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)

  1. Verifies and updates necessary information and records into computer system and/or medical record.
  2. Updates and completes the mailing queues.
  3. Responsible for general data entry in various systems.
  4. Responsible for other assigned office projects
  5. Works independently or within the team on special projects and ongoing projects.
  6. Attends meetings as required.
  7. Maintains confidentiality.
Position Requirements


  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. One-year related work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
  3. Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable, but not required.
  4. Proficient with various computer software programs including Microsoft Office.
