The primary role of the Financial Analyst is to assist in the improvement of the Association’s financial condition by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. This role will reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data and maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. This role will support the organization's leadership on all financial analytics, planning and reporting with an emphasis on automation and continuous improvement. This role is data-driven and analytical while also partnering cross-functionally to drive the business.
