Job Summary

The Pirates Creative & Content team is looking for a Project Manager to balance the creative needs of our organization with production deadlines and client (both internal and external) needs. In this position, you will work directly with the Vice President of Creative & Content to oversee project schedules and liaising between departments throughout the creative process to ensure materials are delivered on time. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our project management system – Lytho (formerly InMotion) – and ensure adoption and usage across the organization. You will also assist with proofing and approval before delivering final files to clients. Additionally, this candidate will work with and develop and foster relationships with outside vendors such as printers, design contactors, and video production companies to manage logistics on key projects. And finally, you will be a critical piece in the creative process for the entire org and specifically the Pirates Creative & Content team, leading pitch back sessions with the team, creating and managing new initiatives and being the greatest steward of the Pirates brand, voice and style.

Why You?

You wake up every weekday morning with that lingering thought in the back of your mind that your to-do list at work needs to be crushed today! You are motivated to bring teams together to create amazing work while at the same time follow process, not dogmatically, to ensure projects are completed on time and done beautifully. You have a sixth sense when someone is using one of our logos incorrectly and are quick to respond with empathy in those situations, teaching and explaining the WHY vs. scolding and revoking access. In general, you are a unicorn who is so excited to come to work every day and create, manage, and execute, while at the same time leave it all at work so you can balance your life at home and with friends just the same!
