We are seeking a SME Integrated Master Planner / Scheduler (IMP/IMS) to join our team working, occasionally in person, in either Fairfax, VA, Fort Washington, MD, and/or Joint Base Andrews, MD. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing DoD IT IMP and IMS products and analyses, data analysis, cost analysis, DoD acquisition expertise, developing and analyzing critical paths within schedules, developing and presenting schedule metrics, and analyzing and managing schedule data for extremely complex DoD IT programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-Point Assessment criteria during the development, maintenance, and management of DoD IT IMP/IMS products and analyses.
- Experience with providing probability of program success factors and metrics to support DoD IT programs with an integrated view of program risks with enough detail and predictive power to enable early risk recognition, mitigation, and resolution for all programs events.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and managing DoD IT project schedules utilizing MS Project and MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Experience managing DoD IT schedules with both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting continuous Risk Mitigation and Issue Management through schedule analysis.
- Experience implementing schedule estimating through elicitation of technical leads and other stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals, and remaining work.
- Experience with developing, maintaining, and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) performing ‘what if’ scenarios within the schedule for extremely complex DoD IT programs.
- Experience with developing, maintaining, and managing the baseline schedule and track all changes to the baselined schedule on a weekly basis.
- Experience developing schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure they are followed during the development and maintenance of schedules.
- Experience working with DoD IT Acquisition Programs.
