Job Summary Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps. Responsibilities Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events/signage. Assist with sponsorship field days; including data entry, inventory and event setup/tear down. Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP’s/event registration table. Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc). Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts. Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.   Position Requirements Required: Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Desired: Previous experience in a sports industry (marketing or partnerships preferred). Photography experience with DSLR or point and shoot camera.
