Position Summary:

The Uniform Attendant is a complimentary team member role within the uniform team. Responsible for the distribution of uniform garments to all team members, this position places a high emphasis on customer service and organizational skills. Essential Functions:
• Greet and assist employees with uniform needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate in a courteous and respectful manner to all employees.
• Issues employee uniforms and nametags using the provided software accurately.
• Maintains records of all team members and their uniform allotment; ensures all team members receive uniform pieces in a timely manner.
• Always maintains a clean and organized uniform room.
• Works within the inventory management system (software) to maintain records of all team members and their uniform allotment.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our employees to make for an enjoyable experience.
• Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Position Requirements

Qualifications / Special Skills:
• Some experience in a customer service position a plus.
• Excellent accuracy with data entry and inventory analysis.
• Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
