We are seeking to hire a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in either Washington, D.C. or Norfolk, VA. Upon award, the position will: Support the Safety Management System (SMS) Program by conducting Job Hazard Analysis' on MSC class vessels, supporting procedure development, technical reviews, audits and training support.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture. Six (6) years’ experience as a quality assurance engineer working for a ship builder, ship repairer, ship owner or design experience in an engineering related field to marine engineering and naval architecture. U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. This position is contingent upon and subject to the award of the contract from the government. You will be hired on a contingency basis. Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
