We are seeking to hire a Program Manager to join our team in either Washington, D.C. or Norfolk, VA. Upon award, the position will: Provide overall program management for contract task order deliverables and customer interface activities. Provide engineering and technical services for accomplishing surveys and inspections, audits and investigations. Assist with design calculations, drawing development, cost estimating, cost/benefit analyses, equipment selections, analysis of alternatives, test plan development and refinement, technical and administrative support for future RITEMOV development, and administrative support.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Fifteen (15) years of engineering management experience or twelve (12) years related post-graduate technical experience. Experience in commercial ship operations, shipboard maintenance and commercial ship repair requirements. Knowledge of and experienced in the application of rules and regulations of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for commercial ships. Prior experience as a PM or Assistant PM for at least two DoD contract valued at $40M or greater. U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite.
